Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy

We take great care to ensure all isopods and millipedes are healthy and securely packaged before shipping. To give our customers peace of mind, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) under the following conditions:

1. Eligible Shipping Method

   • The LAG applies only to orders shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.

   • Orders sent using any other service are not covered by this guarantee.

2. Delivery & Evidence Requirements

   • Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of any deceased animals within 1 hour of the recorded delivery time as shown by the tracking information.

   • Photos must show the animals in their original, unopened packaging to verify the condition upon arrival.

3. Exclusions

   • The guarantee does not cover delays caused by the courier, missed deliveries, or failure to be available to receive the package.

   • The guarantee does not apply if the package is left in unsafe or unsuitable conditions (e.g., exposed to extreme temperatures).

4. Resolution

   • If a valid claim is made, we will offer a replacement of the affected animals where possible, or a store credit/refund if replacements are unavailable.

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
